New Zealand - Day 5 & 6 (Queenstown - Lake Tekapo)
We stayed in Novotel when we were in Queenstown, New Zealand. Breakfast was not included in our room rate, so we went for breakfast hunting early in the morning around 7.30am. We ended up in McD, bought a NYC Benedict Bagel and a Bakehouse Brekkie Roll. The Bakehouse Brekkie Roll was really good, consists of two slices of bacons, egg, a slice of cheese and a golden potato rosti. The bread was soft and the sauce was good. However NYC Benedict Bagel's bread was a bit dry and hard for me. Consists of a slice of bacon, cheese, egg and creamy Hollandaise sauce.
We wandered around Queenstown, tried variety of ice creams in Lick and Patagonia before heading to Kawarau Bridge Bungy. The Kawarau Bridge Bungy is 43m (142ft). We saw some jumper facts displayed at the registration counter - Oldest bungy was 94 years old and youngest bungy was 10 years old. Heaviest bungy was 235kg and lightest bungy was 35kg. The price of a bungy jump is $180 for adult include genuine bungy t-shirt and certificate. Both my uncle and cousin went for the bungy jump. It was so good that my uncle had to do it twice!
After the Kawarau Bridge Bungy, we wandered around Arrowtown before heading back to Queenstown for our late lunch in The Cow - Pizza and Spaghetti house. The pizza was delicious and the environment was cosy and warm with a real fire place. We walked around Queenstown, looking for souvenirs and later returned to the hotel to freshen ourselves before having our dinner in Monty's. The beef wasn't that tender and made my jaws tired from chewing. :(
Next morning we woke up feeling great and had the most famous burgers in the land - Fergburger as our breakfast. Click here to view the photos. We ordered The Fergburger, consists of prime new zealand beef, lettuce, tomato, red onion, aoili and tomato relish. The burger was huge, the bread was soft, the beef was juicy and the taste was superb! This is the tastiest burger I have ever eaten in my life. However please do not order the Little Lamby if you can't stand the gamey smell.

After our breakfast, we drove our way to the Nzone Skydive where my aunty and two cousins took the dive! It was a breathtaking experience for them. We had McD again for our lunch before we proceed with our journey to Lake Tekapo and stayed in Merino Country Farmstay.
