Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang is located in the Pantai Cenang area. Although the hotel is not directly facing the beachfront, the beach is just across the road and easily accessible on foot. Complimentary parking is available at the open-air car park. Guests are required to collect a parking card from the receptionist before entering the parking area. We spent two nights in a superior room with twin single beds. The room felt spacious, and the self-controlled air conditioning kept the room nice and cold. The bed was soft and sank in slightly, making it just okay in terms of comfort. The pillows looked a bit old, and the blanket was also quite thin. The room came with a wall-mounted TV (20 channels), dressing table, weighing machine, torch light, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, mini fridge, hair dryer, two pairs of disposable slippers, bathrobes, coffee or tea-making facilities, and toiletries. Wings by Croske Resort Langkawi is located next to the Langkawi International Airport. The hotel received the World Luxury Hotel Awards in 2024. There are five levels, and only one lift is operational, as the other one is under maintenance. The room key card is not required for access to the room floors via the lifts. We stayed two nights in a deluxe king room that comes with a king-size bed, a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video. However, I had difficulty accessing the TV channels and there was no TV guide. Apart from that, we can only watch YouTube, as we do not have a Netflix or Prime Video account. The room also comes with an in-room safe, a mini fridge, a hair dryer, two pairs of disposable slippers, bathrobes, two bottles of complimentary drinking water, coffee or tea-making facilities and toiletries.
