Nasi Ayam Sungai Buloh
We happens to be in Sungai Buloh on a Saturday afternoon and decided to have chicken rice for our lunch. We ended up at Nasi Ayam Sungai Buloh and this restaurant only serves Hainanese chicken. We ordered chicken breast and drumstick, some side dishes such as bean sprouts, fish balls and meat balls. The chicken was good - sweet, moist and tender. I never expect the chicken breast to be so tender. We observed that the cook actually boiled the chicken for a brief moment in the soup before chopping it and served in a plate. Maybe that's the reason why the chicken is moist and tender. I'm a fish balls lover but sadly I don't really fancy the fish balls here because it's very soft. Big portion of rice and both of us were unable to finish it! The chili was a bit spicy for me and the garlic taste was very strong. I was so happy that they do served dark soy sauce but the combination with the chili wasn't perfect. Overall the food was so-so for me....
