Dong Feng Motel - Taoyuan, Taiwan

Dong Feng Motel is located in Guishan District, approximately 25 minutes drive (19km) from Taoyuan International Airport. Our friend helped us to book this motel and insisted on paying for the room as well. Thanks a lot buddy!

Room is very spacious and clean. Our room comes with two king size beds, couch, working desk, LCD TV (109 channels including adult movies, Youtube and blue ray movies), self controlled hot & cold air conditioning, 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water, coffee or tea making facilities, slippers, complimentary snacks, can drinks, in-room safe, complimentary WiFi (good internet speed), hair dryer and complete toiletries. They only provide two pillows and the bed has this bouncy feel.

Bathroom is very spacious and comes with a hot tub that has been disinfected. However, the hot tub is not sparkling clean. Toilet is separated from the shower area by a glass door. Water pressure is good and water is hot enough. There's a window beside the toilet bowl and it's cover with a shade. Although there's a shade. it's unable to cover the window perfectly. There's still some gap at the side of the window. I felt that I can't use the toilet with complete privacy. Apart from that, bathroom door doesn't come with a lock.

Our room is on the 3rd floor and access card is not needed for the lift. Besides that, lift is small and can only fit 3 people. You need to leave your room key with the receptionist on your way out. So every time you go in and out from the motel, you need to deal with the front desk. Light breakfast will be served to your room. There's a tray outside the motel room and they will leave your breakfast (from McD) on the tray between 7am to 9am. You can order your choice of breakfast from the front desk the night before.
