Michele's Crepe Suzette is located in Fremantle markets at The Hall section. Fremantle markets itself has over 150 stalls under one roof and the traders are split into two section which is called The Yard and The Hall. The Yard mainly selling fruits, vegetables, seafood, flowers, bakery and food. While The Hall mainly selling souvenirs, t-shirts, arts, coffee, hair accessories, food, candy and many more. No dogs, bicycles, smoking, skateboards and rollerblades are allowed in the market.

Crepe is a type of thin pancake, usually made from wheat flour and the word originated from French. The batter is poured into a circular hot plate and spread evenly using a flat roller. Michele's Crepe Suzette served French crepe ranging from meat delights, cheese delights, chicken delights, fish delights to vegetarian delights. Small shop with friendly staff.

We decided to try the meat delights crepe. After we have placed the order, we were given a small paper with printed number. Once our crepe is ready, the staff will call out our number and we will collect it from them. I was expecting the crepe to be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. To my disappointment the outer layer was not crispy at all and the texture reminds me of roti canai. However, the thing that I like about this crepe is the filling. The crepe was filled with ham, tomato, onion and just love the gooey melted cheese.
