Dosukoi, a japanese noodle and bubble tea house is located in Fremantle Markets at The Hall section. Just few shops away from Michele's Crepe Suzette, Dosukoi is a small shop which has seating for only 13 people. You do not need to worry about the seatings because during peak hours, you just need to do the following steps:

1. Place your order at the counter

2. Pay for your food

3. Leave your mobile number with them

4. They will give you a piece of paper with your order number

5. You can wander around Fremantle Market (we wander around for almost 30 mins before Dosukoi sent us a sms)

6. Dosukoi will send you a sms informing you that seats are available

7. Go back to the shop, show them your order number, get seated and enjoy your food

Ramen is a Japanese noodle dish served in different flavored soup with many toppings. Dosukoi served 2 types of flavored soup which is the soy sauce base or miso base ranging from japanese original, fresh leek on top, spicy fresh leek on top, soft pork on top, prawn dumplings on top to fried chicken on top.

We ordered the japanese original noodle soup in bowl with soy sauce base. It came with seaweed, fish cake, spring onions and slices of pork. The ramen was delicious! The noodle's texture was just right. Not too soft and not too chewy. The soy sauce base was very flavorful and the whole combination was perfect. Besides the noodles, we ordered a side dish which was the fried chicken. It was tender and juicy. If you are a fan of japanese ramen, you must not miss this place. Highly recommended!
