Restaurant Four Star Seafood - Klang
We were supposed to have our dinner gathering at Kali Little Garden Seafood Restaurant located at Pandamaran, Klang. However, the restaurant was closed when we reached there on a Monday evening. So, we ended up at Restaurant Four Star Seafood located just next to it.
The lady boss was very friendly and most of the dishes were recommended by her. The restaurant was quite empty when we reached there around 7pm. We ordered their signature homemade tofu in Thai sauce, served with shredded cucumber, onions and tomatoes. It's delicious. I love the tofu and the Thai sauce. Tofu is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while Thai sauce is very appetizing with the sweet and sour taste. We were shocked when they served the tofu because the dish was so huge but we managed to finish the whole dish up. Do not leave this dish too long because the tofu tend to soften and become mushy.
Fried mee hoon or rice vermicelli with fried fish was good too. Fish is fresh and crispy but mee hoon tend to become dry and hard if you leave this dish too long. Best eaten when it's hot. Besides that, we ordered "kam heong" style crab. They don't serve the best "kam heong" crab here but the crab meat is fresh. (Crab price per kg - RM 85)
