Bangkok, Thailand - Day 6 (Final day)

Our flight has been delayed from 11.45am to 3pm on our last day in Bangkok. So we have plenty of time to get to the airport. We checked out of the hotel at 11.30am and took a Grab ride to Suvarnabhumi Airport (Grab fare - THB 441 including toll THB 25). It took approximately an hour from Krit Thai Residences to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The check-in process was straightforward and fast. In immigration, we only need to go through the e-gate.

Firefly Airline did not provide us with a gate number when we checked in. So we just walked to Luk Kai Thong and had our lunch there. We ordered three kinds of bubbles, deep-fried chicken crispy garlic with eggs fried rice, stir-fried sliced pork with garlic served with rice and mango spicy salad with deep-fried sea bass fillet. We regretted ordering so much food once it arrived.

The milk tastes good. It is not very sweet, but it has a lot of tiny crushed ice, making it a little challenging to drink. The boba is slightly chewy and not as soft as what we had at Phang Cha. The fried chicken is crispy and tender. Besides that, we both enjoy the texture of their white rice, which is light, soft and fluffy. The mango salad is not too sour and it's an appetizing dish. Overall, the food is nice but not superb.

Finally, the airline displayed the gate and we were glad that it was close to our eating place. Our flight departed at 3.40pm and arrived at Penang International Airport around 6.30pm (Malaysia time). This brings to an end our 6-day, 5-night journey to Bangkok.
