Restoran Damansara Hokkien Mee - Petaling Jaya

Restoran Damansara Hokkien Mee is located in Damansara Uptown, same row as the Restoran Tiong Hokkien Mee and Village Park Restaurant but different block. They even set up tables outside the restaurant at the parking lot area. This place will be crazy crowded during dinner time. By the way, this restaurant only operates during dinner time.

We ordered one plate of hokkien mee and hokkien mee hoon. Both the hokkien mee and hokkien mee hoon came with pork larks, cabbage, prawns and pork slices. The taste was ok for both but the mee hoon's texture wasn't that impressive. I find it a bit dry and thick as I personally preferred fine mee hoon and  the "wetter" version of the hokkien mee hoon. The sambal was ok but wasn't too crazy about it.

There is a roasted duck stall located inside the restaurant. We ordered one plate (smallest portion) of roasted duck and it was good! No gamey smell and the duck was juicy, tender and not too fat but the skin wasn't that crispy.

Our stay in  Kinabalu Pine Resort  comes with breakfast for 2 adults. Breakfast start from 7am to 10am. They only serve ala-carte breakfast and you need to pre-book it at The Pines Restaurant latest by 9.30pm for your next day's breakfast. There's Malay, Chinese, Western or kids breakfast set. Hounon Ridge Farmstay & Camping - Kundasang, Sabah

Hounon Ridge Farmstay is located at Kampung Himbaan Bundu Tuhan, 36 minutes drive from Kundasang town. The road heading to Bundu Tuhan is very steep and narrow. There's no street light and driving at night can be hazardous if you are not familiar with the road condition. Be particularly alert when driving and watch out for cows, chickens and stray dogs on the side of the road. There's 4 types of room available. If you are the adventurous type and not afraid of cold, you can even camp outside Hounon Ridge Farmstay.
