My bestie once told me that when you're in Perth, you must try their apple strudels. Well we did! We tried Corica Apple Strudels two years ago and we loved it. Two years later, we're back to Perth and decided to try this shop instead. Located just 600m away from Corica Apple Strudels, Freddie Strudels serves strudels with apple, peach, mango, strawberry, blueberry apple, mix fruit, durian, green tea and red bean filling.
Their best seller or signature strudel is durian strudels. All the strudels are baked fresh every day. There's 2 sizes available - slice or log. Log comes with three layers of crispy butter flaky puff pastry filled with cream filling whereas slice only comes with two layers of pastry. I love their really crispy and light pastry and most importantly it's not too sweet. My favourite strudel was the mango filling followed by durian and apple. Apart from strudels, they serves horns as well with custard, chocolate or green tea filling.
