Nama Chocolate is a fine delicate combination of selected chocolate and fresh cream. It is velvety smooth and melts in your mouth. A box of nama chocolate comes with 20 pieces of rectangular shaped chocolate. There are 5 types of Nama Chocolate with liquor: Nama Chocolate (Au Lait, Champagne Pierre Mignon, Bitter, White & Maccha) and 5 types without liquor: Nama Chocolate (Mild Cacao, Mild Milk, Mild White, Ghana Bitter & Ecuador Sweet)
I was introduced to this Royce' Nama Chocolate with liquor (bitter) by my sister in law few years back which was her favourite. I had my first bite and doesn't really like it as it tasted less sweet (slight bitter) with a hint of liquor because it consist of Hennessy V.S.O.P brandy blended in less sweet chocolate. The bitter taste of the cacao and the rich aroma of the brandy abundantly open up. However, the Nama Chocolate was very smooth and melts in my mouth.
The chocolate was wrapped in an aluminium bag to keep the temperature low and to prevent it from melting. A dry ice (which can last between 3 - 5 hours depending on outside temperature) will be provided. The storage temperature - 10°C or below, shelf life of 1 month.
Recently while we were in the Royce' shop, we tried the Nama Chocolate without liquor (Mild Milk) and I started to like it. Not too sweet, smooth and most importantly it melts in your mouth! Too bad the outlet that we went only have samples for Mild Milk and Maccha. I wanted to try the nutty bar chocolate which is one of their popular product but they do not sell individually and one box contains 10pcs. Guess we will try our luck next time in other outlets to try out the samples.
