Perth - Day 16 (Rockingham Centre - Rustico Tapas & Wine Bar)

We went to Rockingham Centre for a quick shopping before we head to Rustico for lunch. The restaurant was packed and they only have outdoor seating. So we sat outside and glad that the weather was nice and cool. Rustico serves Tapas, a small savory dishes, appetizers or snacks of Spanish cuisine and we find it a bit pricey. We ordered Chipotle crunch chicken, creamy garlic prawn and roasted pork belly. Prawns are fresh and succulent. Roasted pork belly has a beautiful cracklings but the dish taste average. Overall we are not impressed with the dishes except for the creamy garlic prawn.

Jollibee is a Filipino multinational chain of fast food restaurants. On the day of arrival, we asked our friendly Grab driver what is the must-try food in Philippines and he mentioned Jollibee. Our stay in  Kinabalu Pine Resort  comes with breakfast for 2 adults. Breakfast start from 7am to 10am. They only serve ala-carte breakfast and you need to pre-book it at The Pines Restaurant latest by 9.30pm for your next day's breakfast. There's Malay, Chinese, Western or kids breakfast set. Apart from that, there's free flow of Tenom coffee, Sabah tea, mango and orange juice. Hounon Ridge Farmstay & Camping - Kundasang, Sabah

Hounon Ridge Farmstay is located at Kampung Himbaan Bundu Tuhan, 36 minutes drive from Kundasang town. The road heading to Bundu Tuhan is very steep and narrow. There's no street light and driving at night can be hazardous if you are not familiar with the road condition. Be particularly alert when driving and watch out for cows, chickens and stray dogs on the side of the road. There's 4 types of room available. If you are the adventurous type and not afraid of cold, you can even camp outside Hounon Ridge Farmstay. Room type: a) Standard quad room b) Standard double room without balcony c) Standard double room with balcony d) Dormitory - 10 person e) Camping We stayed in a standard double room without balcony. Our room was on the 1st floor overlooking Mount Kinabalu. Great view and you can slide the glass window to get some fresh air.
