Manhattan Business Hotel - Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya

Manhattan Business Hotel is located in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya. We took a Grab car from Genting Highlands to Manhattan Business Hotel (Cost: RM 71) and the journey took us around 1 hour. We choose to stay one night at this hotel right after we came down from Genting Highlands because we rented a car from SOCAR and the designated spot is just below the hotel parking lot. It's so convenient as you just need to unlock the car using Smartkey in the app and return the car back to its designated spot and lock up with the Smartkey. We rented a Toyota Altis for 28 hours which cost us around RM 110.

We checked in around 2pm and stayed in a deluxe queen room without window. The room comes with a queen size bed, LCD TV with limited channels, in room safe, 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water, coffee or tea making facilities, free internet, hair dryer, toiletries, individual air-conditioning temperature control and a dressing table. The room is small but it's clean and comfy. Bathroom comes with rain shower. Shower water is hot enough but water pressure is just okay. Our stay comes with a complimentary breakfast for 2 person and breakfast starts from 7am to 11am.

Below are the choices of complimentary breakfast with free flow of juice, bread & coffee / tea:

1) Fried egg served with baked beans, chicken sausages and garnished with tomatoes and lettuce
2) Scrambled egg served with baked beans, chicken sausages and garnished with tomatoes and lettuce
3) Mushroom omelette served with baked beans, chicken sausages and garnished with tomatoes and lettuce
4) Local delight - nasi lemak served with chili paste, dried anchovies, peanuts, egg and garnished with cucumber
5) Roti canai served with curry gravy
6) Pancake served with butter and honey

I had fried egg served with baked beans and chicken sausages. Mine was a simple English breakfast. My partner on the other hand, preferred rice and he choose nasi lemak. His rice was a bit hard but the sambal is nice and spicy.

Our stay in  Kinabalu Pine Resort  comes with breakfast for 2 adults. Breakfast start from 7am to 10am. They only serve ala-carte breakfast and you need to pre-book it at The Pines Restaurant latest by 9.30pm for your next day's breakfast. There's Malay, Chinese, Western or kids breakfast set. Hounon Ridge Farmstay & Camping - Kundasang, Sabah

Hounon Ridge Farmstay is located at Kampung Himbaan Bundu Tuhan, 36 minutes drive from Kundasang town. The road heading to Bundu Tuhan is very steep and narrow. There's no street light and driving at night can be hazardous if you are not familiar with the road condition. Be particularly alert when driving and watch out for cows, chickens and stray dogs on the side of the road. There's 4 types of room available. If you are the adventurous type and not afraid of cold, you can even camp outside Hounon Ridge Farmstay.
