When I was a kid, happiest moment was hearing the bell of the ice cream motorbike wafting through our neighbour. We will then rushed to the main gate waited patiently for the motorbike to arrive. There was a time when I was so obsessed with ice cream that I must have it everyday. This explain why I have a huge collection of the ice cream sticks. During my school days. an ice cream on a stick cost only RM0.10. My favourite was sarsi flavour. :) Sadly these ice creams were no longer available now.

Once a while we need to pamper ourselves. One way of me doing it is to indulge myself with Baskin Robbins ice cream. One double junior scoop of Baskin Robbins cost RM10.80. However, every Wednesday is a Pink Day and you get to enjoy it at the price of RM7.50. Besides that, show them pink and you will also enjoy:

a) Mini waffle sundae for RM9.90 or
b) Happy 8 for RM9.90

Baskin Robbins is known for its "31 flavors" and my favourite flavour is Jamoca Almond Fudge. Ice cream with a chocolate fudge ribbon and roasted almonds. So "what's your flavor"?

Our stay in  Kinabalu Pine Resort  comes with breakfast for 2 adults. Breakfast start from 7am to 10am. They only serve ala-carte breakfast and you need to pre-book it at The Pines Restaurant latest by 9.30pm for your next day's breakfast. There's Malay, Chinese, Western or kids breakfast set. Apart from that, there's free flow of Tenom coffee, Sabah tea, mango and orange juice. Hounon Ridge Farmstay & Camping - Kundasang, Sabah

Hounon Ridge Farmstay is located at Kampung Himbaan Bundu Tuhan, 36 minutes drive from Kundasang town. The road heading to Bundu Tuhan is very steep and narrow. There's no street light and driving at night can be hazardous if you are not familiar with the road condition. Be particularly alert when driving and watch out for cows, chickens and stray dogs on the side of the road. There's 4 types of room available. If you are the adventurous type and not afraid of cold, you can even camp outside Hounon Ridge Farmstay. Room type: a) Standard quad room b) Standard double room without balcony c) Standard double room with balcony d) Dormitory - 10 person e) Camping We stayed in a standard double room without balcony. Our room was on the 1st floor overlooking Mount Kinabalu. Great view and you can slide the glass window to get some fresh air.
