Eastin Hotel - Kuala Lumpur
Eastin Hotel is just a short walk from the Phileo Damansara MRT station. We stayed one night in a deluxe king room, which featured a king-size bed, a work desk, an LCD TV with a limited selection of channels, an in-room safe, two pairs of disposable slippers, an iron, a wall-mounted hair dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, two complimentary bottles of drinking water, coffee or tea-making facilities, a mini fridge, toiletries and self-controlled air conditioning. We parked our car at Basement 1 and took the lift up to the first floor for check-in. The process was quick and hassle-free since there were no other guests around. Our room was located on the highest floor (18th floor) and accessing it via the lift required a room key card. Our deluxe king room was spacious, but it clearly showed signs of age. The furniture appeared outdated, and the sliding door of the cupboard was broken and wouldn't slide. The TV offered only a limited number of channels, and strangely, it displayed the date as...
