New Paris Restaurant - Petaling Jaya

Whenever I craved for kam heong lala or clams, I will definitely head to New Paris Restaurant. Located nearby SS2 Mall, this restaurant serve good food and the service is crazily fast! Food will be served in less than 10 minutes after you have placed your order.

Besides that, cleaning of the table is a breeze too. Each tables are wrapped in many layers of pink plastic bags. Once customer has finished their meal, the workers just need to unwrapped the plastic bags together with the plates and leftover dishes. This may sound good for high customer turnover but I don't think it's an environmentally friendly act. Imagine how many plastic bags are used each day!

My favourite dish in this restaurant are kam heong lala or clams, marmite pork and steamed fish in bean paste. Their kam heong lala dish comes with crispy bits of dried shrimp and curry leaves. Spicy level just right for me and their kam heong sauce is superb. Apart from that, their special sauce, combination of chilli sauce, lime and sliced onions are very appetizing as well. Another popular dish in this restaurant is chicken in campaign. Unique dish comes with the combination of stir fried chicken and fresh watermelon balls.

Our stay in  Kinabalu Pine Resort  comes with breakfast for 2 adults. Breakfast start from 7am to 10am. They only serve ala-carte breakfast and you need to pre-book it at The Pines Restaurant latest by 9.30pm for your next day's breakfast. There's Malay, Chinese, Western or kids breakfast set. Hounon Ridge Farmstay & Camping - Kundasang, Sabah

Hounon Ridge Farmstay is located at Kampung Himbaan Bundu Tuhan, 36 minutes drive from Kundasang town. The road heading to Bundu Tuhan is very steep and narrow. There's no street light and driving at night can be hazardous if you are not familiar with the road condition. Be particularly alert when driving and watch out for cows, chickens and stray dogs on the side of the road. There's 4 types of room available. If you are the adventurous type and not afraid of cold, you can even camp outside Hounon Ridge Farmstay.
