Village Seafood House - Klang

One of our friends just opened a seafood restaurant in Klang. So, here we are at his restaurant to give him our full support! Before our arrival, he has pre-ordered all his house specialities - house special bean curd, steamed fish, pork ribs and steamed herbal chicken specially cooked for us (not available in the menu yet).

My favourite dish is the house special bean curd or tofu. This dish comes with bean curds, shredded carrots, enoki mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms. What I like about this dish is the bean curd. It tastes like seafood tofu or bean curd mixed with fish paste. It's a secret ingredient that my friend do not wish to be revealed.

Next, is the house special steamed fish with thick gravy. This dish comes with onions, spring onions, garlic, cili padi and lime. Strong flavour of lime and onions. You will love this dish if you are a big fan of onion and lime. Besides that, fresh and green stir fried kangkung or water spinach taste good too.

It was a great gathering and all of us were very full at the end of the meal. We will definitely come back to try other dishes. Last but not least, congratulations on your opening!
