Sutera Harbour New Year's Eve Non-stop Mega Party 2016

Happy New Year 2016!!! 

We were at the Sutera Harbour New Year's Eve Non-Stop Mega Party 2016, one of the hottest party in Kota Kinabalu! We partied all night long with DJ Darling Sabrina and emcee Ryan Matjeraie. Besides that, there's performance by The Day Trippers Singapore, J Dance Studio dancing girls, fire eating showcase, free flow of beer, liquor & soda, lucky draw, fun party pack, mouthwatering party treats and last but not least the spectacular fireworks display.

Party starts from 9pm till 1am and entrance to the non-stop mega party is via Silk Garden, Level 1 of the Pacific Sutera Hotel. Upon arrival at the entrance, there's a security line screening, divided into male and female. After the screening, we were warmly greeted by the staff and we were asked to drop our lucky draw coupon into a transparent square box. Then, we were given a fun party pack consists of a pair of skeleton glove, few luminous tube, hooded plastic raincoat, 2 party poppers, glow in the dark Sutera Harbour wrist band, party whistle, ring torch and hand clappers toy with light.

As we walked towards the pool, we were handed a welcome treat - green apple skewer. There's a bowl of chocolate for you to dip your green apple. The garden and pool side was packed with people and all the seats have fully been occupied. First thing we did was to fill our stomach. How could we resist those mouthwatering party treats. It was delicious and I just love the grilled lamb. It was fun as we get to enjoy delicious food, performance and the spectacular fireworks! When the clock strikes 12, everyone screamed "Happy New Year" and fireworks light up the sky.

Our stay in  Kinabalu Pine Resort  comes with breakfast for 2 adults. Breakfast start from 7am to 10am. They only serve ala-carte breakfast and you need to pre-book it at The Pines Restaurant latest by 9.30pm for your next day's breakfast. There's Malay, Chinese, Western or kids breakfast set. Hounon Ridge Farmstay & Camping - Kundasang, Sabah

Hounon Ridge Farmstay is located at Kampung Himbaan Bundu Tuhan, 36 minutes drive from Kundasang town. The road heading to Bundu Tuhan is very steep and narrow. There's no street light and driving at night can be hazardous if you are not familiar with the road condition. Be particularly alert when driving and watch out for cows, chickens and stray dogs on the side of the road. There's 4 types of room available. If you are the adventurous type and not afraid of cold, you can even camp outside Hounon Ridge Farmstay.
