Three days in a row we had the same buffet breakfast at Curve Cafe Bar, located at the ground floor of Vibe Hotel Darwin Waterfront . Curve Cafe Bar serves simple breakfast such as grilled tomatoes, baked beans, sausages, mushrooms, eggs, bacon, hash browns, pancakes, breads (brown bread, raisin bread, white bread and multigrain bread), muffins, danishes, croissants, fruits (watermelons, honey dew melon, rock melon), prunes, natural yogurt, bircher muesli, peach slices & yogurt pots. The cafe is clean and well organised. Hash browns and mushrooms were my favourite. There's a coffee machine and you can choose to have a cup of cappucino, espresso, cafe latte, long black, mocha or hot chocolate. Only hard boiled eggs and poached eggs were served at the counter.
