Northbridge Chinese Restaurant - Perth, Western Australia

We had our brunch at this Northbridge Chinese Restaurant in Northbridge, Perth. We were told that this restaurant is famous for dim sum and you need to queue to get a table. We went there as early as 11am on a Friday morning and the restaurant was quite empty.

Dim Sum is a chinese dish served in small steamer baskets or small plates. Northbridge Chinese Restaurant served variety of dim sum from shrimp dumpling (har gow), taro dumpling (wu kok), egg tarts, chee cheong fun, steam pork ribs, chicken feet, siew loong pau, char siew pau, fried white radish cake, soft shell crabs and many more. They even served roasted duck, vegetables and tau fu fa.

Dim sum price range from small $4.00, medium $4.60, large $5.00, extra large $6.00 to supreme $8.50. My favourite was the fried white radish cake as it was not too soft and very flavourful. The soft shell crabs was good too, not over battered or over fried. Overall the food was ok not to mention on the pricing. If convert the price into Malaysian ringgit, this will be the most expensive dim sum that I have ever had. :p
