Image
Located at the ground floor of Hard Rock Hotel, Hard Rock Cafe serves American cuisine. Great place to hangout and chill out. Intense, high energy and amazing live band that will leave you wanting more... We had a nice dinner at Hard Rock Cafe Penang. The waiter and waitress are friendly and attentive. The place was packed on a Saturday night and we had to put our name in the standby list. Finally, after waited for an hour we managed to get a table. Well, obviously is the chicken (sweet & tender), rice (fragrant & soft but not mushy), chili sauce and dark sweet soy sauce. It's a "must" for me to add dark sweet soy sauce into my chicken rice and chilli sauce (unless the restaurant couldn't provide any dark sweet soy sauce). It really makes a lot of difference by adding it into your food. So, last week we decided to go for chicken rice at Restaurant Kong Sai. We ordered individual chicken rice - comes with a plate of rice and chicken breast. You can select any parts of the chicken but I prefer either chicken breast of drumstick. The chicken was tender and the rice was fragrant and soft. Apart from that, we ordered Kong Sai steamed fish - steamed tilapia fish topped with chopped ginger, garlic, cori
