Everyone was talking about this baked cheese tart and we decided to check it out. We bought 2 tarts from Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart in Empire Shopping Gallery. It was hot, crusty, creamy and cheesy. There's 3 ways to eat a Hokkaido baked cheese tart - fresh from the oven (just like what we did), chilled it and eat it when frozen or reheat it in oven toaster. My point of view, one piece is more than enough for me. It's just too rich. Besides that, I would consider it as being overpriced. Will I crave for it? Hmm... most probably not...
