Best part of being a kid is you get to watch cartoons all day long. I used to watch alot of cartoons when I was a kid. I even skipped school once to watch my favourite cartoon The Woody Woodpecker Show! Not to mention imitate the woodpecker's laughter to irritate my sister. Hahahaha...

This is how the Woody Woodpecker looks like:



Besides Woody Woodpecker Show, another favourite cartoon of mine is Chip & Dale. They are 2 chipmunks named Chip which is the smarter one while Dale the dim-witted one. Chip has a small black nose and two centered protruding teeth while Dale has a big red nose and his two apart protruding teeth. Among these 2 chipmunks, my favourite character is Dale :)


There are many more cartoons such as Monchhichi, Gummy Bears, Care Bears, Smurfs and the list can continue on and on... Sometimes it's great to sit back, relax and watch one of your favourite cartoons. Besides, it's never too old to watch a cartoon. ;)

Our stay in  Kinabalu Pine Resort  comes with breakfast for 2 adults. Breakfast start from 7am to 10am. They only serve ala-carte breakfast and you need to pre-book it at The Pines Restaurant latest by 9.30pm for your next day's breakfast. There's Malay, Chinese, Western or kids breakfast set. Apart from that, there's free flow of Tenom coffee, Sabah tea, mango and orange juice. You can order additional breakfast set at the price of RM 18 for Malay, Chinese or Western breakfast and RM 9 for kids breakfast. 1. Hounon Ridge Farmstay & Camping - Kundasang, Sabah

Hounon Ridge Farmstay is located at Kampung Himbaan Bundu Tuhan, 36 minutes drive from Kundasang town. The road heading to Bundu Tuhan is very steep and narrow. There's no street light and driving at night can be hazardous if you are not familiar with the road condition. Be particularly alert when driving and watch out for cows, chickens and stray dogs on the side of the road. There's 4 types of room available. If you are the adventurous type and not afraid of cold, you can even camp outside Hounon Ridge Farmstay. Room type: a) Standard quad room b) Standard double room without balcony c) Standard double room with balcony d) Dormitory - 10 person e) Camping We stayed in a standard double room without balcony. Our room was on the 1st floor overlooking Mount Kinabalu. Great view and you can slide the glass window to get some fresh air.
