Noble House Seafood Restaurant - Klang

Nobel House Seafood Restaurant is located in Klang town nearby Ko Skin Specialist. I have never tried the food in this restaurant until a good friend of mine brought us there. We ordered a plate of fried tang hoon, Noble house special noodles, marmite chicken, chinese spinach in superior soup and prawn coated with salty egg yolk.

My favourite dishes were the fried tang hoon and the prawn coated with salty egg yolk. The fried tang hoon or known as glass noodles (transparent noodle made from starch and water) were good. Not too soggy and not too hard. Apart from that, the salty egg yolk prawns were delicious. The prawns were big, fresh and juicy.

The chinese spinach in superior soup consists of spinach, wolfberries, century eggs and fried anchovies was delicious too. Besides that, the marmite chicken was well marinated and very flavourful but I find it a bit salty unless you eat it with rice. The Noble house special noodles or known as "che hoon khen" in hokkien is a type of flat and thick noodles made from starch. The noodles were flavourful and chewy. We will definitely come back to try the rest of the dishes.
