Jibby & Co (Part II) - Subang Jaya

Yes! We're back after more than a year! How time flies. You can read my first visit to Jibby & Co by clicking here. This time I'll keep it short and simple. I ordered my favourite seafood hotpot served with toasted Turkish bread. It's still as good as before. Same goes to my favourite dessert Nanalicious! Price remains the same after a year but excluding 6% GST.

This round we only managed to try the seafood Aglio Olio because I can't stop myself from ordering my favourite seafood hotpot! Seafood Aglio Olio consists of spaghetti, tiger prawns, butter fish, blue mussels, squid with baby spinach, chili flakes and extra virgin olive oil. Perfect pasta! Spaghetti was cooked perfectly, not too soggy or hard. This dish was full of flavour and just one word to describe it. Delicious! Definitely worth the trip and yes, we will be back again. :)
