Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel - Petaling Jaya
Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel is located in Petaling Jaya, directly accessible from the Federal Highway. We choose to stay at this hotel because it's new and room is equipped for three person to stay. Hotel reception counter is at level 3 and upon check in, we were required to fill in a health declaration form and to present our "low risk" status on the MySejahtera app as well as our digital vaccination certification confirming we are fully vaccinated.
We stayed 3 nights in a deluxe room comes with 2 single beds. Initially we thought the single bed will be able to fit 2 adults but later on, we found out it's rather cramped. So we decided to add in a rollaway bed on our 2nd and 3rd night. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. However mattress is too soft and springy. Bathroom comes with a bathtub but there's some black spots and stains on the surface. Apart from that, shower has rust stains which can be a frustrating sight. Shower is hot enough with good water pressure.
Room comes with sofa, alarm clock, in-room safe, working desk with ergonomic chair, iron & ironing board, disposable slippers, mini fridge, bathrobe, hair dryer, two self controlled air conditioning, toiletries, coffee or tea making facilities, complimentary high speed internet, complimentary mineral water and LED TV with selected TV channels.
Hotel facilities include gym, swimming pool (no life guard on duty) and an abandoned kids club. However, we're unable to access to the gym room using our room key card. Most probably the gym is temporarily closed. There's 3 lifts but each lift only allow maximum 3 person at one time. During rush hour it's quite frustrating because we have to wait for more than 10 minutes as all the lifts were fully occupied.

Flat rate parking fee at RM 5 per entry with validation at Level 3 reception desk
