Taiwan - Day 2 (Taipei - Taoyuan)

We strolled around our hotel area in the morning looking for a quick and easy breakfast since our stay at Vendome hotel did not include breakfast. Then, we stumbled upon this shop selling bread with pork chop. Quite a long queue and we decided to give it a try. As usual, entire menu is in Chinese and they didn't have an English menu. We decided to ask the lady who was so busy preparing food for a translation. She told us in a friendly way that she doesn't have time to translate their menu for us. So, we asked her for recommendation and she suggested we try their pork chop bread with egg, lettuce and cheese.

There's a small table in front of "鐵人九番料理亭" restaurant and the lady told us we can sit there and enjoy our breakfast. While we were eating halfway, the lady came over and asked us whether it's good. Such a friendly and nice lady. Breakfast was simple and nice. This shop ("早餐") is just 4 minutes walk from Vendome Hotel

We had steamboat for dinner that night and I have no idea what's the name of the restaurant. It was raining after our dinner and I didn't have a chance to snap the photo of the restaurant. Anyhow, the noodles were delicious. It might look plain but it's good. After dinner, we check in La Vie Motel. The room was awesome. You can spend a large portion of your time inside the room and soak away all your worries in the private whirlpool.
