Vistana Bukit Jambul Hotel - Penang
This hotel is located in Bukit Jambul Penang, 11 minutes drive to Penang Airport Bayan Lepas or 8 minutes drive to Queensbay Mall. If you decided to stay here, it is advisable that you have your own transport to get around. We booked an executive deluxe room through Agoda and upon checking in, our room has been upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite because all their executive deluxe room has been occupied.
Two bedroom suite comes with a living room, dining area, study room, private balcony, an ensuite bathroom with separate shower stall, master bedroom with king sized bed and second bedroom with a double bed. Apart from that, there's free WiFi, access to the Suite Wing Executive Lounge, LED television with limited local and cable channels, air conditioning with individual control, coffee and tea making facilities, mini fridge, 2 complimentary bottles (1.5L) of drinking water, hairdryer, digital safe, iron and ironing board.
Clean room with great shower but water heater not hot enough and only half glass partition between shower and toilet area. Hotel facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, gym, cafe and barista. One setback - there's no lift access from parking area to the hotel lobby. You have to climb the hotel private stairs carrying your heavy luggage if any, unless you drop off your luggage at the hotel entrance before heading to the parking area.
