Zenith Hotel Cameron is located in Tanah Rata. We stayed for two nights in a Signature King room, which featured a super king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV with limited channels, a cozy armchair with footrest, and a writing desk. It was well-equipped with an in-room safe, two pairs of disposable slippers, an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, bathrobes, shoe polish, a weighing scale, complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee or tea-making facilities, complete toiletries, a ceiling fan, and self-controlled air conditioning. Instead of bottled water, the room had a water filter at the basin that allowed you to drink directly from the tap.

However, we had an issue with the in-room safe. It was locked, and the maintenance did not arrive after our call. Rather than wait, we went out for dinner, and when we returned around 10.20pm, the receptionist sent a bellboy to open it. We also requested additional bath gel because they only provided one small bottle, which was insufficient for the two of us.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that offered a pleasant view. The bed was cozy despite being bouncy and soft. The toilet and shower were separated, but the doors were semi-transparent and did not have a lock, which might be a privacy concern for some. Apart from that, the basin was outside the toilet, and the tap was slightly high, making it awkward to use. The shower area has a clean bathtub with a view of the room. Water pressure was adequate, and the hot water worked well. The bathtub's handheld showerhead had stronger pressure than the main shower. The only downside was the shower curtain, which had a strong musty smell.

The corridor was noisy in the morning with children running about and guests talking. So light sleepers might want to take note. We also had trouble reaching housekeeping by phone and had to request service directly at the reception. Unfortunately, when they replaced the bedsheet, it had a hole, which was unpleasant.

There is only one parking level at LG with no barrier, and it's completely free. Check-in is at level G, and the car park lift provides direct access to both the reception and room floors. However, guests will need an access card to get to their rooms. Simply tap the room card on the sensor, and the lift will automatically select your floor. The hotel's corridors are designed in an open-air concept, giving a spacious and airy feel as you move between rooms. Level 2 is where you'll find the swimming pool, gym, and sauna. The pool water is quite cold, and there is no lifeguard on duty. So swim at your own comfort level.
